Hush Little Baby by Caroline B Cooney

Caroline B Cooney is always good for a quick light read with suspense added in. I cant believe what people would do to kids ecspecially newborns!!!!! i read this in one setting and will def. read more of her books!

Catering to Nobody by Diane Mott Davidson

Great book, I really enjoyed it. Nice start to a series that i will definatley continue. The characters were very personable. In the first book you become attached almost like they are family. I would recommend this series to anyone who enjoys cozy mysteries.

Gideon the CutPurse by Linda Buckley-Archer

This is my fist even ARC and boy was I excited to get it. Wasnt sure what to think of the book more then it sounds good and its unique. I have found lately that all young adult books have the same flow to them and i cant stand a book like that so I figured what the hay ill try it. Im glad i did it was awesome. Its the start of a trilogy and i can totally see this becoming a bestselling set at that. It was very unique in its plot and characters, the development was at the right pace, didnt rush through the details or stretch them out needlessly. The book had a great flow and became a page turner for me. I am sure that Ms. Archer will have a great fanbase on her hands after this book is realeased :)

Can you keep a secret by Sophie Kinsella

Wow, this book was great! I had heard it was a good book but wasnt expecting it to be this good :) It's one of those books that you laugh, cry, and scream at all at the same time. Emma was such a character lol but any girl could connect with her totally. A couple times in the book i wanted to throw the book and stop reading it cause i was sooooo upset and mad but couldn't put it down. Totally a 5 star book :)

The devil wears prada by Laura Weisberger

What a great book!!!!! Read it in 3 days cause of mommy duties but it was well worth the read. Started reading it cause of my yahoo groups, they kept saying how awesome it was, and boy were they right! Andrea is so like me it isnt funny. I thought some of my bosses were bad, they are nothing like Miranda lol. I dont know how she put up with all that for so long, and went through so much trouble at home because of it. Great book cant wait to see the movie :)

The carivorous Carnival by Lemony Snicket

this entire series is cute, very quick and easy read. It makes you think that your life may not be so bad afterall. You would think that someone would help these poor kids lol but i guess it all works out in the end, or so thats the way most series likes these go. Now I started reading this series (book 9) a while back cause someone said its comparable to Harry Potter and let me tell you, whoever tells you this, it's in no way, shape or form like Harry Potter. Harry Potter ranks so much above this it isnt funny. But anyways. its a cute, easy, light read...... a worth reading if you like ya series'

I had read the first one some time back so i got this one to see what all the hype was about. It was great!!!!!! I hear all this talk about Ranger in my groups but noooooooo id have to say morelli is more my speed :) and grandma mazur is just toooo funny. Stephanie couldnt get herself in more predictaments if she tried. I loved this book and love this series

highly recommended to everyone

Prozac Nation by Elizabeth Wurtzel /Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs by Chuck Klosterman/ Weetzie Bat by Francesca Lia Block

Ok so i have been on a reading spree lately. Sadly to say out of 3 books i only enjoyed one.

Prozac Nation by Elizabeth Wurtzel was way to depressing, I have depression so i figured i might be able to identify with her in this book but ohhhhhhhhhh no she is way to down for me. I had to pull myself to the end of the book. I would never read it again.

Sex, Drugs and Cocoa Puffs by Chuck Klosterman seemed to be a good book. Its a good idea but it was just a major rant. And of nothing in particular either lol. What ever popped in his head at the time he was writing is what he ranted about. Couldnt stand it, sounded like a kid whining the whole time i was reading it

Weetzie Bat by Francesca Lia Block was a good book. I wasnt sure about it but had read it was a cute story in some of my groups. I decided to try it. It was a cute and quick read. I read the whole book in one night. I would recommend this one to anyone who needs a little pick me up after reading some tough books.
